Pay HOA Dues
The HOA Dues are $90 per quarter.
The Board of Directors has decided to extend a 10% discount to those who pay $324 in a single lump-sum payment by January 15, 2024. This discounted option is made on a year-to-year basis and can be revoked if the HOA's financial position changes in the future.
HOA Dues Payment Options:
1. Payment of HOA Dues via Mailed Check: Homeowners may pay their HOA dues by mailing checks to Riverside HOA c/o David Floyd & Associates, Inc. PO Box 357 Commerce, GA 30529- 0357. Please make sure all checks are made payable to Riverside HOA and include your property address in the memo section. A payment coupon should be included with each mailed check if possible.
2. Online Payment of HOA Dues: To pay your HOA dues online, go to dfa1.cincwebaxis.com and click "Sign In" (NOTE: You will need to register before signing in for the first time). Once signed in, click "Pay Fees." Select your desired payment method (eCheck or credit card), input your payment information, and click "Submit." Verify that your payment information is correct and click "Submit Payment." Please note that the payment platform charges a $1.99 processing fee for eCheck payments and a 3.25% processing fee for credit card payments.
3. Payment of HOA Dues by Auto-Draft: To sign up for auto-draft, please complete the auto-draft form and return it via email to [email protected], via mail to Riverside HOA c/o David Floyd & Associates, Inc. 104 East Park Drive, Suite 320, Brentwood, TN 37027, or via fax to 615-297-9340. The completed auto-draft form must be received prior to the 25th of the current month in order for the draft to begin the following month. Please note that the auto-draft may only be used if you wish to make quarterly HOA dues payments.
